How to write a cursive capital W
- From the top line, draw a deep under-curve to the baseline and back up — the first valley.
- Repeat for the second valley, keeping both equal.
- Finish with a small side dip at the top right: the bridge stroke that joins the next letter.
How to write a lowercase w in cursive
- From the baseline, draw an under-curve up to the midline.
- Come down to the baseline and curve back up — first valley.
- Down and up once more — second valley.
- Instead of a baseline tail, finish with a small side dip at the midline pointing right. That bridge is what makes w a top-joining letter.
Connecting w to other letters
